Ben started his real estate career flipping houses in Chicago's up-and-coming West Side neighborhoods in 2010. He has since taken his construction background and leveraged it to help people with all sorts of real estate needs.
Ben owns and operates a property management company as well as a small general contracting company. With Ben, you are not only getting a knowledgeable and assertive partner in your real estate transaction but someone who understands the nuts and bolts of a property. Ben prides himself on understanding his clients' needs, wants, and aesthetics and works to ensure his clients find the right balance of all three.
Ben has a strong desire to see his clients living in the home of their dreams. Equally, he wants to make sure that you own your home and not the other way around. He prides himself on working his hardest to ensure that whether you are buying, selling, renting, or investing that you understand how the transaction will affect you, your family, and your finances in the short and long term. He urges his clients to use him as a resource even after the transaction has reached closing and to feel as though they are partners on their real estate journey.
